    Hi Ian, Maybe i am missing out on something, but i had no requests to post this item to Tilbury. You provided your full address when you placed an order , and it was Blunham , Bedfordshire . This is where i posted your order and on Royal Mail website it says it was delivered. Could you clarify as to when your request was sent to me , otherwise it makes no sense why you provided me with a totally different address at the checkout. Thank you

    These mugs are so lovely and the price was very reasonable indeed compared to other websites. I asked if I could get extra discount if I bought 4 and the seller was extremely accommodating and gave me a really good rate that I was happy with. She was very helpful indeed. They were packaged extremely well which is just as well as the courier had bashed in one end of the very large box they came in even though a’fragile’ tape was on but there was so much packing inside the mugs were fine
