Best allergy cookbook I've found!
I love the recipes that are in this book! No freaky names or wacky tastes, just really good food made for sensitive individuals. Included is an "add back" list that allows you to add back in regular foods if you do not have that particular sensitivity. I cannot eat wheat without gastronomic castastrophe, and, yet, I love breads. This book has given them back to me!!! There are wonderful, low-sugar recipes for scones, breads, cereals, etc... Let alone dessert!!!! I'd highly recommend this book, especially those who do not want to have to cook separate meals because nobody likes the "allergy" foods.
