  Seller shipped item same day and I got it 5 days later and I'm across the country. Item was as described and in better condition than I expected. Listed as used but it looked like open box condition. Packaging could use a little work as I had a mini panic attack getting the package out of my mailbox. What I felt was the charging cable but I thought the phone was broken. Next time please ship in a box instead. Aside from that, great experience.

  Phone was great, delivery was very delayed (Not the sellers fault) also the description said Gold IPhone XS Max but it was actually the Silver that arrived. I figured the battery life was more important to me and the phone is in great condition.
