  Shoes fine but presumably delivered to wrong address (since no sign of them on reported delivery day) and only redelivered today 6 October. outer package torn so only showing QR code rather than address. Suggest that all packages have delivery address as well as QR codes otherwise wrong recipients cannot identify the correct recipients.
