    Wonderful packaging, got here unharmed except for our post lady who was given the parcel instead of Parcel Force because they (men) said it was too big for them! Apparently she said if it is to big to handle or too heavy they pass the buck to the smaller vanned posties. Very unfair.

    I received the item which worked ok to start with but soon developed an operational problem which the seller tried to resolve but unfortunately without success, returned item and was issued a full refund, so although an inconvenience it ended ok. So I would not be put off from using this seller again.

    This was the first time in 21 years that I cancelled an order. Although the seller immediately obliged, the item was unknowingly re-listed by the seller before I got my refund. Thus the order could not be cancelled nor refunded on behalf of the seller or on my part. Thus this resulted in a loophole which neither the seller nor me could resolve. The seller whose communication and assistance was top notch. The situation was resolved by eBay. Very professional seller. Highly recommended indeed.
