  the Jack Skellington frame was completely cracked in half clear plastic insert missing neck spring loose I am able to repair and gift. sally frame back black closure looks like it may have gotten wet. Not smooth. The only defect seller disclosed was blemish on back head of Jack Skellington. In my opinion the picture frame was broken before shipping. as both frames were wrapped securely in bubble wrap and. box was not. damaged in shipping The price was. excellent Dissapointed in one frame

There must have been a mishandling of the package upon shipment despite the fragile labels put on the box. Upon your delivery, I reached out to you and asked you to message me if there were any issues, so that I could properly correct it before you left your feedback. You did not respond, so I figured that all was well with your delivery.
