The dress was listed as new with tags. The dress did have tags, however it definitely was hanging around a while. It was shop worn, smelled awful and had pull/snag on the left sleeve. As a picture was required to process a return and I didn’t know how to download, I threw the dress in a donation bin. I know why the seller doesn’t have 100 percent feedback satisfaction.
