    Hi Babs. As mentioned, the tracking details showed that the item was in retention as you had previously put plans into place for items not to be delivered on certain days/dates NOT insufficient postage. Your image showed that the parcel weighs 145g and I paid for up to 250g. Postage was paid for in full and my post office weighed it prior to taking it from me.
