  This package shipped very very fast, less than a week. The package arrived wrapped in newspaper? I was a little confused but it got the job done(just maybe not the most professional). Other than that, everything was in great shape. The dvd set I ordered has no damage and is brand new as listed. It was a very good deal to find this box set for $33 and free shipping.

  I received a non-working DVD set in shrink wrap — discs kept freezing a few episodes in. Seller offered a partial refund to replace season 5, but the problem soon proved more widespread. This was frustrating for both the seller and I, but he processed a return today for a refund of my remaining balance. I appreciate the efforts he made to resolve the issue, even though it was ultimately unfixable. It’s not his fault that a shrink-wrapped set wouldn’t play in multiple devices even after cleaning
