  Rivet tool is non functional out of the box from seller. Missing internal parts. Sold as "Good working Condition". Item never functioned. Seller never tested it. Asked for refund. No response from seller. eBay will have to force a refund. Very disappointed.

  As described but it did take a while to ship out. Not sure what happened. Shipping cost was a little high but the price was worth the purchase. Poor seller communication since I sent a message a long time ago with no response. I would say 3.5 or of 5 stars.
