Good communication and negotiating with the seller, the teapots arrived packaged very safely in a massive box, thank you! (Just a note for the other 4 teapots you have, I think the rooftop lids might be jumbled up and put on the wrong teapots, only noticed in person as a couple didn't quite fit)
