    I received a damaged item and had to go through the hassle of returning it, only to be accused by the seller of causing further damage. Their message implied I was at fault, despite the fact that the item was already in poor condition; and the photos they sent actually show it in worse shape than when I returned it. The material is clearly delicate and could be marked by something as minor as a fingernail. Very disappointing and unprofessional overall.
