I am so disappointed, I ordered pack of 10 and 3 of them were opened (most likely that happened while shipping but anyway it was sad). But the most disappointing was that all chips were expired!!!! I usually trust sellers and didn’t even checked the date due to, but thanks god my friend checked that it is expired and I was not poisoned.

Hello. Sorry, but the packs was opened during the shipping. Can you send photo with date due to, because I check it every time when I send chips. The date I send to you probably was to 25 of March.

There was an issue with the shipping company, but the fault was on me. UKR_GOODS immediately helped me fix the situation, and went the extra mile with replacing the chips with new ones after they were sent back. The seller was extremely courteous, and did everything they could do help fix the situation. They were also very communicative, and professional. I would definitely order from them again. I would recommend them definitely!
