  The serum bottle arrived empty, when the seller said was new and un opened, the seller refused the refund when I contacted her and sent her the picture…. luckily EBay has to step in and refunded me.

  This is absolutely incorrect and has sadly ruined my 100% positive feedback. The serum was sent brand new, purchased from Harrods. I've never had a complaint from any buyer before, yet this buyer seems to be a complainer as she accidentally sent me a complaint about another purchase she made from someone else on the same day. eBay had actually told me not to refund, but instead they would handle the situation as I've been a long-term loyal and genuine seller and buyer for almost 20 yrs!
