Great Product to maintain or gain weight
I use this to gain/maintain. My weight and appetite has dropped this past last year(I have celiac disease so eating high calorie foods is difficult!) I dropped to 112#, now at 125#. Sugar isn't too high, at only 14g each carton. Tastes pretty good too!
