The description indicated that the item was Used but "is fully operational and functions as intended" but it does not. After requesting a refund privately, the seller basically told me tough luck and that the "item was sold as used and untested". They then implied that I damaged the camera. I chose "Used" but the following language your referring to was added on by Ebay. This camera was sold as is and untested. I assume if your buying a camera from the 1980's you understand it comes along with risk it does not work. Regardless, I offered you a partial refund and then a full refund. Not sure what happened with that.
