  I order 5 gallons TWP stain. Shipped without any protection . It arrived damaged, leaking loosing quarter of it. Tried to reach them for explanation, no response. Avoid buying from them. I think they are selling already damaged buckets, which is fine as long as is not leaking but at least protect them. It will save shipping company and buyer the inconvenience.

  Seller led me on that the shipping company lost the item but said he would refund my money for the item. Weeks later still no refund so I reach out to them and no response until I get ebay involved and finally get a refund after a month. As someone else stated in feedback it is a slick scam.

  Never received my item. Led me on for over a month, telling me it was lost in their warehouse and they were searching for it. After a month now eBay can’t help and of course they will not refund me. Was communicating with me, but now that the deadline has passed, no more communication. I recommend being very cautious if you use this seller, and probably wouldn’t use at all. I always try to work things out but this time they was slick about their scam. My first negative feedback to ever post
