I finally have my "forever home" in one of the most beautiful places of the USA (as far as I'm concerned 😊) after moving my entire life (growing up with the military and relocating as an adult for jobs), so I am finally downsizing. I wrap everything I send so it can hopefully withstand anything the mail system throws its way. 😀 I am very detailed about the condition of items because I do not want anyone to "have to guess." I am extremely particular with the condition of books because I love books. I am so happy these items are going to homes where they will be wanted. So, why the 10% to charity? I base it on the Christian practice of tithing 10%. As far as the pricing of items, I (and anyone else selling on eBay) only get a small percentage of the sale price (and nothing from shipping fees, even though I purchase waterproof bags to wrap everything in and use my own bubble wrap, etc.) That is also why I do not accept returns since the shipping is usually more than what I made.
