  I don’t give negatives.The timeline stopped after payment. I contacted the seller three times each with a space between & no response. After contacting eBay to say I hadn’t received it or had response I received a refund & when I queried why, I was told the seller was unable to input my address to send it to me. I have had no problems in the 19 + years I’ve been with eBay. I managed to speak to eBay, lovely man told me all my details were correct & He had his own theory why it hadn’t been sent.
