    Arrived in poor condition - poorly packaged. Broken glass throughout the package (lamp). Cracks in the reflector. Bent adjustment screws. Bent shutter levers. Bent gel frame. Required considerable time to clean and make useable. Shipping took much longer than expected (most likely due to packaging).
