    The item is smaller than advertised/stated it is more like 8 inches diameter not 12 inches as stated. I contacted the seller who has offered a refund. The item is just about acceptable for my use (so I will keep it) but the item should be described accurately for other purchasers. Had I known I would not have purchased this item.

    I offered the buyer to return the float for a full refund . However they have decided to keep the item. Enough said. Exasperated.
