  Only thing I can say is that communication is horrible and I have not received the item. Seller ignored my offer so I purchased with BIN. I have contacted the seller multiple times asking the seller to contact their post office as the item tracking shows that it has not moved from the post office since Sept 7. Today is the 13th. My last communication was to again check with their post office and if the item is lost to please issue a refund. Again no response.

  I did eventually receive the item in the condition described. But again as stated in my feedback, all communication was ignored by the seller which made the transaction experience overall negative. I understand that the USPS was the issue with the delay but as you can see my primary objection was the communication including the offer I made on the item. All the non-communication = bad review.
