  Seller wouldn't tell me if uprated chain or not and slow to respond at times, came in packaging that was burst open,after telling me not to open package to compare chain, would not use this seller again, same price at vw and could collect same day

  LIES AND SLANDERI asked him more then few times what means "uprated"- NO ANSWER!His messege at 10:38My answer 11:55Next text 1:13my answer was at 1:21I sent new unopen chain and said IF IT'S NOT LIKE YOURS, make return, please don't open the package.HE INSTALLED THE CHAIN ON HIS CAR AND THEN SAID IT WAS OPENED.WHEN I asked to show me proof, invoice or quote from dealer with his cheap priceS HE IS GONE.I TAKE INVOICE FROM VW DEALER IT COST £240!!!! I SOLD HIM £131LIER!!!
