    Item came a little damaged with chips and cracks in the case, however the disc and stickers were in perfect shape. I can completely overlook the damage because of the letter included with the package, which was completely unexpected. It was so touching to know in the letter this was in memory of your daughter, so this means more than you know. Other than the case, everything else was in perfect condition, looked good, and was at great value. A+++ seller!

    I am so very sorry to read the case arrived with chips and cracks. I certainly didn't mail it that way. Was the envelope damaged. I would be happy to file a claim with USPS to get some money back. I would just need pictures. Again, my sincere apologies ~ I have never had this occur. I'm sad.
