    Most ignorant seller I've had to deal with. Listed this tie without stating it was damaged (in 4 different places!). Refused the return and stated with sheer arrogance that I should have spotted the damage by looking at the photos (even though the seller admitted he didn't notice any damage when listing) - Had to refer to eBay who accepted the return - and was delivered to the seller 4 days ago. Seller since ignoring messages so will get eBay to intervene (again). POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE.

    As the feedback says, I was not aware of the damage when listed, so was unable to state this. Slow payment and poor communication from the buyer. Buyer demanded a refund with zero-politeness. Buyer opened a case with eBay for the return - once this process is underway eBay deal with the refund, the seller has no control of when it is issued. Enjoy your £17 ��
