  I received the Japanese doll today. Box was totally crushed in many spots. The box in my opinion was way too big. I would have shipped it in a smaller thicker box. The fill was wrapped in small amount of bubble wrap. Lots of plastic bags around the doll. I would have used more bubble wrap and shrink wrapped it. The head was detached from the body. I purchased the doll for $12. Shipping was $21. I will just keep doll. Not worth trouble or expense to ms back as Fed ex told me $20
