    Ceramic teapot was as advertised, dispatched the same day it was paid for, the teapot body was well wrapped up to prevent damage/breakage & arrived one week earlier than its advertised delivery dates. But teapot lid was loose in the box without protection though (but wasn't broken!), overall not enough packaging materials (only 1 sheet of newspapers & some air pillows were deflated) which the seller acknowledged and apologised for. As there are more + points than - ones, I'd recommend seller!

    It was what I expected when I ordered it. Case was in good condition and is decent quality. though there were a lot of duplicates, which couldn't be clearly seen in the pictures, though duplicates were expected. The packaging wasn't the best as it was mostly folded cardboard for protection with nothing around the item to stop scuffs The seller however was very pushy and impatient, sending messages and demanding answers both before and after purchase. I understand communication, but too was much

the machine works fine but the scratches...
the machine works fine but the scratches on top where a surprise to say the least and are a thing to put me off because someone had been rough and ready with the recorder. WHY???
