Non performing, slick plastic based filter elements?
The filters progressively failed to keep the water clear by filtering the pool algae. After changing to these new filters, testing and confirming proper pool chemistry and scrubbing and running for system 8+ hours/day (several 24-48 hour days) the filters failed to keep up. The pool turned green! In all my years of using my pool filtration system I have never experienced new filters fail to filter like these. Algae simple cycled and passed through. Thankfully kept my old filters just in case, put old filters and BOOM, pool cleared up! Thank goodness was able to assess and return within 30 day guarantee window. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this filter.
