    Shipping information was provided on the day of purchase, but the seller did not say that the item was dropped off until over a week later due to a personal issue. Things happen - I get that. However the tracking remained inactive for another week, and the item was never delivered. The seller also failed to respond to the Item Not Received case for an additional week. Not sure what actually happened here.
