Mediation pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Platform to Business Regulation 2019/1150
Business sellers may request to resolve a dispute arising with eBay through mediation. The dispute may be referred by either party to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) - opens in new window or tab, where CEDR will nominate a mediator.
Complaints handling information pursuant to Article 11 of the EU Platform to Business Regulation 2019/1150
eBay GmbH has received 50 complaints relating to the eBay services from registered business sellers on ebay.ie from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. The main types of complaints relate to account information, restrictions, suspension and payment related issues. The average time to handle and close the complaints was 1.10 days. All of the complaints were resolved.
