What is the policy?
The following are not allowed:
- Air rifles, air pistols, or other air weapons
- Any frame or receiver for a BB gun or air rifle
- BB guns
- Pellet guns
- Silencers for air weapons
Ammunition for airsoft, air rifles, air pistols, BB guns, pellet guns or pop guns are allowed but must follow these guidelines:
- Clearly call out that it is intended for airsoft, air rifles, air pistols, BB guns, pellet guns or pop guns
- Cannot be metal cartridges
- Cannot be used on a regular firearm
- Must be .25 caliber or less
Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
Why does eBay have this policy?
We take our role in community safety seriously, and in accordance with government regulations and international laws, we prohibit the sale of certain weapons on eBay.
