Item as described (new) shipped quickly. Unfortunately I couldn't use the item because I ordered the wrong cartridge. Seller could not take it back, since I opened the package and unwrapped the cartridge in order to install it. That was on me. Seller had good communication when I inquired about returning the cartridge, which they couldn't take back (understandably). Reasonable price for this "old" cartridge. Good transaction overall.

Great seller and great buy. Item packed carefully and shipped as promised. The machine was exactly as pictured and cleaned up nicely. Absolute was active as described but after one email Absolute sent the process to have it turned off. The Bios password was "unknown" in the listing summary but it was not set. I had planned on opening the unit to repaste the CPU and clean out the fan to improve temperatures, but I am not sure it is necessary now. Curteous and prompt seller communication.

A great transaction from an excellent eBay vendor. The item arrived in excellent, as described great appearance and condition. Shipment was prompt; packaging/protection was very good. This vendor is very responsive, courteous, and professional, and the transaction represented great value to me of a high-quality OEM component. I look forward to purchasing from this vendor in the future. Highly recommended; high integrity. Overall, an excellent customer experience. A++++++++++.
