Easily add public business information with our customised user experience
What you need to know
As a registered eBay business seller, you must include your business' contact information for EU buyers to meet European legal requirements. We've made it easy for you to customise the required business information.
Here's what you need to do
- Log into your Account Settings on My eBay and navigate to the Public business information page.
- Your verified business phone number and email will be pre-populated based on what you included when you registered as a business seller. If needed, you can change your pre-populated phone number and email. We recommend adding your business' customer service information (e.g. public phone number and email), if applicable.
Adding these details allows you to be transparent with consumers, increase buyer trust, and give your buyers additional contact information.
